We are pleased to be offering this 1940 Buick Super 8 for your consideration. This is a very nice vintage car that won..t cost you a ton of money to buy or maintain. This is not a restored vehicle. It is a nicely preserved car, and has been repainted. While it is not a show quality Super 8, it is an extremely nice driver car. All the lights work, the horn works, the radio powers up. The interior and headliner are all original. The seats have been treated to custom-fit covers. The original upholstery shows some minor wear to the driver..s seat. The car is sold as miles exempt. There is the typical gasket seepage to be expected from a 69 year old car. We invite your questions and comments, and encourage third-party inspections of this vehicle.

Payment Methods

Cash in person (COD), certified check, bank wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. All funds must clear before vehicles are released. Deposit

The successful high bidder will submit a 25% non-refundable deposit within 3 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and
taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes

Buyer pays all taxes. Outs of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
