THIS CAR IS SOMETHING THAT SYMBOLIZES THE CULTURE OF AUTOMOBILE CRAFTSMAN, DESIGNERS, ARTIST AND THE EXTREME THINKING OF A CAR LOVER. THIS WAS IN 1987. 3 YEARS ANDSUPPOSEDLY $200,000 IN TIME AND MATERIALLATER THE CAR WAS COMPLETED AS YOU SEE IT, EXCEPT FOR SOME CHANGES TO THE INTERIOR.

ALL WAS REBUILT WHEN CAR WAS BUILT.IT HAS WORKING A/C,POWER STEERING, POWER WINDOWS.CADILAC TILT AND TELOSCOPIC WHEEL, POWER SEAT, A SUPER HIFI STEREO SYSTEM WITH EQUELIZER, PIONEER SPEAKERS, AND A CB. THIS WILL FLY DOWN THE HIWAY AND THE RIDE IS EXCELLENT. AND NOT ALL RADDELLY. 16 " BILLET RIMS. DIGITAL GAUGES ON THE CUSTOM DASH WORK BUT HE OMITTED AN ODOMETER. ALL THE LIGHTS WORK AND THE WIPERS SO YOUR READY FOR THE NEXT CRUSE IN. WE DRIVE IT ALL THE TIME TO THE STORE. TO DINNER. TO SHOWS. WE WILL MISS IT.

THE BODY: THE MAN LOVED WORKING WITH METAL AND FIBERGLASS. ONCE THE METAL IS FORMED HE FINISHED IT WITH FIBERGLASS AS NEEDED. HE USED THE FACTORY FENDERS BY CUTTING THEM IN THE MIDDLE AND WIDENING THEM ABOUT 4"GIVING ITTHE LOW WIDE LOOK. THE TOP WAS CUT IN HALF TO MAKE THE TARGA TOP. 3 BOLTS HOLD IT DOWN AND IT DONT LEAK. YOU CAN FIT THE TOP IN THRU THE TRUNK BY REMOVING THE SEPERATION PANEL. THE BACK WINDOW IS LIKE NOTHING OUT THERE. THE DOORS WORK GREAT. THEY OPEN WITH A REMOTE AND THE TRUNK OPENS WITH A PULL WIRE UNDER THE REAR. THE SAFTY IS GOING THRU THE TRUNK TO OPEN HOOD OR DOORS IF BATTERY IS LOW OR REMOTE IS LOST OR NOT WORKING.

INTERIOR: THE INTERIOR LOOKS NICELY UPDATED WITH ITS ITALIAN LOOKING LEATHER. SEATS ARE COMFORTABLE AND ROOMY. AS YOU LOOK AT IT YOU NOTICE IT IS SIMULAR TO A VETTE. THE METAL WORK TO CARV THAT OUT IS FANTASTIC. THE HOLE CAR IS FANTASTIC.

WHATS WRONG: THERE ARE SOME NICKS AND A FEW CRACKS SINCE THIS THING HAS BEEN DROVE. EGON BELIEVED IN DRIVING HIS CARS. NOT A TRAILER QUEEN. THERE IS UNDERBODY ROAD GRIME BUT IT ALL STILL SHOWS VERY WELL. YOU WILL BE THE TALKOF ANY SHOW YOU GO TO. EVERYONE WANTS TO KNOW WHAT IT WAS.

DRIVER WINDOW IS CRACKED. SMALL BB CHIP IN RIGHT SIDE WINDSHIELD. ENGINE IS NOT PERFECTLY CLEAN BUT SHOWS GOOD. CRUSE NOT WORKING. COULD USE TIRE BALANCE, HAS SLIGHT WOBBLE AT 55 TO 60 MPH. GOES AWAY AGAIN AT 65 AND UP.
