THE CHROME MOLDING THAT I SAY THE CAR NEED IN THE DESCRIPTION BELOW ( SHOWN IN BLUE ) & I SHOW IN THE PICTURES, I HAVE AND WILL TRY TO GET INSTALLED ON THE CAR & POST NEW PICTURES BEFORE THE AUCTION END. SO DISREGARD THAT PART OF THE DESCRIPTION PLEASE. I CAN'T CHANGE THE PICTURES & THE DESCRIPTION UNTIL I INSTALL THE MOLDING.

This is a Black 1974Chevrolet Caprice V8 350 Classic Convertible **EXCELLENT CONDITION** I've been the Owner of this car for almost 11 years.
Very-well maintained car. 3 year old Paint has 1 or 2VeryMinor scratches and very little surface rust underneath the car as you can see in the pictures, Very solid. All of the body ( except for the hood and trunk lid) was replaced with NEW body panels.Engine was rebuilt 3 years ago with bigger Cam, Heaters, Dual Exhaust, Intake and 2 Barrel replaced with 4 barrel 650 harley carb. Engine and Trans is Original to the car.This car is very fast. Alot of work done under the hood.Trans also rebuilt 3 years ago with shift kit installed. I put less than500 miles on this car since i got all of this work done and only used premium gas. There are a few Minor things that the car still needs , like 1 piece of molding behind the front wheel on the drivers side(look at picture), there is no hood latch cable to pop the hood from inside the car, when i replaced the sheet metal and got the car painted it was taken off and not replaced) and the cruise control does not work(the rubber suction cup under the hood is ripped & needs to be replaced). The black vinyl seats are in excellent condition except for 2 little marks (not holes) on the passenger side where your back would go, not real noticable but you should see it in the pictures. It starts right up everytime and runs very well. Suspension rides smoothly, and the transmission has good shift points. The tires still have a little life left but you will need someand the hub caps are original hub caps . All the blinkers, horns and locks function properly and the convertible top works with no problems. It also has the fender skirts. A/C works just needs to be charged. The car is not perfect , but Overall, it is an Extremelynice car and onlyneeds just a little more love and attention to be perfect. This car was not cleaned before i took these pictures, only wiped down, so the way the paint looks in some of the pictures really don't do this car justice at all.When it's washed and waxed, the black is so much darker and richer. ButI just wanted to show the honesty of the car. I tried to be as honest as possible when describing this car. If there is somethingI failed to mention please ask.
