Bill Thomas and others were the brains behind this original design, and with the blessing of Chevy, in the mid 60s, they set out to chase some Cobras. If you Google Cheetah, you will find out more about these sought after cars than you could ever imagine. This is a rare Winslow Motor Sports edition, and it is set up strictly for business. Although currently registered and street driven, it would certainly feel more at home on the racetrack. The fit and finish on this coupe are much better than one would expect, and it is visually captivating. The blueprinted engine was put together by a renowned Long Island custom builder, and nothing was overlooked. It is a 400 CID Chevy engine, with a list of parts that include, but are not limited to: GM 3.50 forged stroker crankshaft, Wiseco pistons and pins, Eagle H beam rods, Pete Jackson cam gear drive , Brodix heads and intake manifold, Lunati roller cam, Comp lifters, roller rockers, aluminum flywheel with 2 disc clutch, Weiand Aluminum water pump, Moroso 7 quart oil pan,and a Demon carburetor. A full engine build sheet comes with the car, and only some break in miles have been put on. The transmission is an M21 Muncie 4 speed, and the entire rear end assembly is a built 3:73 mid 60s Corvette unit engineered to fit. The braking system is by Outlaw with a Tilton master cylinder. The coil over suspension is by Penske with fully adjustable shock absorbers. The custom wheels are by P & G Engineering shod with B.F. Goodrich street tires. There are full safety harnesses, a quick detachable steering wheel, and directional signals along with full instrumentation. This is a complete car, and not in need of any missing bits.
