1958 Impala Sport Coupe 348, auto,restored. Restored is the most over used word in the Classic automotive industry. To be a restored car they are stripped to nothing, not a nut, bolt,screw,wire or anything and then re-built back to original or better than original condition. It does not include 200 pounds of under coating and 62 gallons of bondo with 300 pounds of lead added just to make sure. NOW with all of that said I will do my best to describe this car. This is a nicely restored Big Block 1958 Sport Coupe. It is equipped with factory power steering and automatic transmission. The restoration took place in the early 1990s and she has been in a South Texas museum since then. She has held up well and needs very little to still be perfect. This car will show, and win, just like she sits. She is NOT a trailer queen as she runs and drives well. After taking her out of the museum she has been loosened up and exercised and is ready to be driven if this is what you want to do. I will fault the paint in a few small area. The camera will not show the flaws and they would best be described as slight spots of “rash” they would most likely sand and buff out. We will try this next week. Please keep in mind that I am "picking" this car from a 100 point car stand point. This caris THAT quality of vehicle.This is a very nice car that is not in need of any repairs that I am aware of at this time. Payment is due upon completion of the auction. A $500.00 deposit due immediately via paypal or credit card, with the balance ASAP, prefered within 72 hours. We understand some exceptions do apply.
