Placing a Bid:

• Please do not place a bid before reading these terms.
• After winning bid, please contact the Internet Department at 866.796.9555 with in 30 minutes to place partial payment.
• Boardwalk Porsche reserves the right to continue auction if not contacted with partial payment, signed partial payment form, & signed buyers order with in 30 minutes.
• Boardwalk Porsche does not hold vehicles, but partial payment enables vehicle to remain off of the market while beginning transaction of sale for up to 3 days.
• We reserve the right to end this auction early for any reason and to sell the car to our local walk-in traffic at any time before end of auction. Vehicles will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please call for further details.

• Buyers Inspection:
• Boardwalk Porsche has done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Inspection fees, if any, are buyer’s responsibility.

• Partial Payment:
• Partial payment consists of a $2000.00 credit card transaction, a signed/dated partial payment agreement, and a signed buyers order.
• Since a partial payment begins the buying process, please be advised that it is non-refundable.

• Taxes and Fees:
• All buyers pay a documentary fee.
• Out of state: We do not collect tax, title fee, or license fee for the customer unless there is a lien. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. We will send the title to your local agency.
• In-state: Buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. All sales transactions must be completed within 3 days of auction close.

• Title:
• Texas is a non title holding state. Some titles take up to 21 days to receive from lien holders. Titles that are paid for by cashiers check or wired funds are held until cleared.

• Shipping and Delivery:
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Boardwalk Porsche can assist with the shipping process. Boardwalk Porsche is not affiliated with any carrier, but can provide arrangements as a courtesy.
• Boardwalk Porsche is not responsible in anyway for claims arising from shipping damage.
• Depending on the carrier the amount of time it takes for delivery ranges, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the transporter for an estimate time of arrival.
