ALL vehicles are sold AS-IS unless remainder of factory warranty applies. Remember, you are buying a pre-owned vehicle and there may be minor scratches or dings and there may be missing keys, key fobs, owner's manuals, and headphones and remotes for video and DVD systems. Manage your expectations accordingly. I will try to describe the vehicle in the best way I can. Please contact me directly for information on extended service agreements. Since we are a GM dealership, I can offer the GM Protection Plan on most vehicles.

Terms of Sale Overview

We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions. Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Payment Methods: Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing. Fees and Taxes: If you choose to pay with a personal or business check, the title will be held for 10 business days for the payment to clear. If you pay with a cashier's check (recommended) the title will be released the next business day. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
