TV Series "SGL13"

This 1969 Dodge Charger was used as a 2nd Unit Stunt car in the Original Television Series The Dukes Of Hazzardthat ran from 1978-1985.The carwas also used at a Pre Race stunt show in North Carolina at the Charlotte Motor Speedway .
During the time this car was sold to be used in the pre-race stunt show, Ken Fritz and his crewwere contracted to build all of the General Lees for Warner Brothers. A Hollywood stunt driver by the name of Jamie Lynn Davis purchased this General Lee and one Rosco Patrol Car from Fritz to be used in a pre-race stunt show in Charlotte. Davis flat-towed the General Lee behind the Police car from California all the way overto North Carolina. That would definately have been a sight to see. . The Monaco did a roll over on the infield and this General Lee was jumped at Charlotte. Afterwards,the GeneralLeesat in North Carolina until 2000 where it was purchased from Davis.
In 2005 the General Leereceived some much needed restoration work by the previous owner. Some panels where changed out and some rust repaired. All of thedamage from the jump was left alone and the exterior was repainted. The car has a 400ci big block thatdoes run and drivebut IS NOT a daily driver. It could be with additional body/mechanicalwork . Thisis the ONLY fully caged General Lee from the California production to survive. Thats right the only ONE!!There where some 235+ Chargers used in the Television series. As of today, there are only 22 known survivors (including this one).
This IS NOT one of the 17 contracted General Lee's from the Dodge Charger Registry.SGL13 is free and clear to do with as you please.There are NO contracts to sign or abide by.
