I am the 4th owner of this great little car, I bought it at a collector's sale that I have known for 10 + years. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. The owner always wanted me to join him in entering it in the "Great American Race" but his health did not permit it. The car was featured in "Old Car Weekly" in 2007, and a copy of the article will be included. The car is not a show quality car but is invery good condition. I am not a collector, I drive it 3 miles to work everyday. The car was painted only once in the early 90's and the person who painted it did a fair job, but painted over the fendor welt on the rear fendors.The floor pans have some rust but have been patched, are solid and do not leak.Theplexiglass side windows are original, the frames are good, but the plexi should be replaced. The car is mostly un-restored and original. Theconvertable topis heartscloth and @ 3years old, it and thealuminum frame are in excellent condition. All the stainless and chrome is in very good condition, and original. The car could usea paint job, as the paint on the front right fendor has been rubbed off, (no dents), and some very light pits are staring to show on thepassenger door. I have given it its first set of new tires, the people at the garage said they had not seen orange inner tubes since the fiftys. I also replaced the exhaust, master cylinder, brake wheel cylinders, and linings. The car drives like it did when it was new. I am selling it because there is no back seat for my grand kids to ride, and I am just finishing up a 53 Chrysler Hemi car. You are welcome to inspect the car or have sombody inspect it for you. You will not be disappointed.
