**JUST RELISTED BECAUSE LAST BUYER WAS A FRAUD!!!**

1970 "Shelby GT350" Fastback Mustang

This vehicle was recently traded in on our 2005 Bentley Continental GT. This is a matching number car in the Shelby registry (#1244). We have the original "Marti report" available. Car was originally sold at Barrett - Jackson Auto Auction.

Options include -Bucket seats, FMX cruise -o-matic transmission, Visibility group, Goodyear tires, Sport deck rear seat, Power front disc brakes, power steering, air conditioner - selectaire, Am/8-track stereo radio, Tinted glass, Deluxe belts/warning light, tachometer, trip odometer, 351 windsor. Original 8-track radio and 2 gauges malfunctioned and were unable to be replaced by the original manufacturer. However, as Shelby owners know an original radio and gauges were replaced in the vehicle to the best specs possible. This was the only and best solution possible given the circumstances. No amount of money spent would make the original gauge manufacturer replace the broken items.

Car was originally built in February of 1969. Those of you that know the Shelby story remember that these vehicles were built in 1969, but titled as a 1970. We are in possession of full documentation including: signed Carol Shelby Owners Manual, Original build sheet, Original Marti report, Full 1969/1970 Literature and Specifications on vehicles built and still existing, etc.

57K original miles, over $6k invested in Bolt-on Modifications and still have original factory parts, Graber blue exterior paint with black racing stripes. The interior is black vinyl with red striping. Special order #2579, Original FL car - Over $10K spent in recent reconditioning by "Brad Samuel Autobody". The under carriage is in as good of shape as the rest of the body on the car.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a Google search for "auto shippers".
