Just finishing a frame up restoration on our 1974 Ford Gran Torino Starsky and Hutch limited Edition Tribute car. We started with a solid, never wrecked low optioned car and worked 11 months to create an exact copy of the Starsky and Hutch limited edition Gran Torinos sold by Ford. Not just a red Torino with a white stripe, we loaded this one up with all the options available in the last years of Ford performance. 1974 model 460 engine, rebuilt by Fred Jones through a Ford dealer. Floor shifted C6 was rebuilt at the same time. Less than 10,000 miles on engine and trans. Custom tuned Competetion Handling package with Custom rate springs and Anti-sway bars front and rear. 9" rear end with 3.00 rear gear. Engine is fresh tuned with new Eldlebrock 600 CFM Carb. New battery, belts, and hoses. Starts and runs great with more than enough power to spin the new BFGoodrich 275X15 rear tires mounted on polished vintage deep dished 15X8.5 sloted mag wheels. Brand new front wheels and tires measure 15X7 with 215/70 X 15 Goodyear tires.

Super straight rust free body sports show quality paint and body work. 4 coats Sherwin Williams urethane enamel is less than 6 months old. Car was stripped to bare metal, epoxy primered, block sanded twice, and painted with all trim removed. Fresh air cowl vents cleaned and resealed. No leaks. Dual sport racing style mirrors. Painted and detailed underside, door jambs, trunk, underhood, as from new. Code 2B Ford bright red and 9C white Stripe was applied using measurements and photos from an original paint car, one of the 1000 S&H cars Ford sold through thier dealer network.

All the aluminum trim is on the car as been straightened and polished, looks like new. Wheel opening moldings and rocker moldings are extra hard to find. These were stripped of the old dull finish, straightened and polished to a brilliant shine. Even the gas door emblem is in nice condition, and has been detailed. Original deluxe bumpers with guards and impact strips are OK, but chrome is fading in spots Otherwise beautiful with perfect grille and moldings.

Nice black interior with Sport options- Factory tachometer and full instrumentation (Tach and all gauges work except clock). Correct original bucket seats with factory 6 way power drivers seat make the long cruises more comfortable. Drivers cover shows a little wear. Rear seat like new. Correct bucket seat seat belts and rear belts work fine. Rare intermiant windshield wiper system. Also tinted windows, and new windshield, complete factory air conditioning will need a recharge. New black carpet and headliner with deluxe dome lamp with map lamps, four speaker AM/FM stereo with rare seek/scan option. Rebuilt floor shfter with light up dial with damage free, detailed console. Factory Sport steering wheel with rubber grip mounted on correct floor shift steering column. Beautiful, highly detailed dash and dashpad with no cracks

. We tried to get some good photos posted, but this car needs to be seen to fully appreciate the quaility and detail of the restoration. We welcome any serious buyers in the Atlanta area to set an appointment to see the car. Car has new power front disc brakes, shocks, etc. and is road ready. Drives and handles great. This one has the muscle to back up the good looks. 460 CID. Biggest cubic inch engine ever offered in a Ford midsize car, or any Ford for that matter. Performs great on regular gas, and gets pretty good mileage if you keep the your foot light and don't open the 4 barrel. You can fly in and drive home. Comes with spare tire and jack. Everything is working except A/C and clock. All the options we added are original equipment and period correct, no aftermarket chrome air cleaner, This car looks like it was born one of the few with big block power, however it was a small block car when we got it. Engine was installed using new factory mounts, correct big block radiator, fan, and fan shroud. Super nice job on this car. Just needs a little detail work to be a show stopper or drive and enjoy.
