1983 Mercury Capri RS Bubble type rear hatch glass! Fox body shared with Ford Mustang Nevada car 83,000 original miles NO RUST, solid body (see pictures) Odometer reads 83,340 miles on this solid VERY CLEAN three (3) owner car. Same body as the Ford Mustangs of the same era. These are hard to find in solid condition. This rust free garage kept Nevada Capri has the original paint and decal kit on the exterior, this is a solid car in excellent condition! We have a copy of the original Nevada title and the Mercury operating guide is included. The red cloth interior is mostly stock, there is some sun fade on the front buckets and has gray piping/accents on the seats. Includes the factory gauge package, Faze 10K tach on the steering column, factory 140 MPH speedometer, SONY CD player stereo, rear window defroster, dash and door panels are in excellent condition, no cracking from the Nevada sun. Carpet has a small stain on the front passenger side (see pictures). Back seats are VERY nice as is the rear cargo area. Motor is a built 302 cubic inch V8 with 400 plus horsepower, bored .30 over, 2-303 cam, Senior heads, Crower rods, Wiseco pistons, steel crank, Victor Jr intake and Holley 750 cfm carburetor, MSD 6A ignition, electric fan, less than 3,000 miles on motor and features a serpentine belt setup. Transmission is a 5 speed manual. 8.8 rear end with 3.73 posi gears. Exhaust is 2.5" dual with Flowmaster mufflers.

Exterior condition is SOLID with some dings and dents (see
pictures). Black rub strips have some yellowing. This car features the bubble type rear hatch glass. All glass is near perfect, electrical works fine. This is a very nice car in perfect working order. This is not a perfect show car, it is a powerful driver and would make a nice street, strip car if you so desire.
