Payment & Financing

• All payments are in $ US dollars only.
• Winning Bidder must confirm his winning bid with a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of auction end via PayPal or overnight cashiers check.
• Balance of purchase price shall be paid within 7 days of the end of the auction, via cash or certified check.
• Car must be picked up/ pickup arranged & all paperwork must be received and processed within 14 days of end of auction, or we reserve the right to re-list or sell to any other qualified buyer, and keep non-refundable deposit.

Taxes and Fees

• NY State buyers pay NY State sales tax, based on the County the Buyer resides in. Buyers from outside of NY State are responsible for applicable sales taxes in their home state.
• Buyer will be responsible for his own Licensing Requirements in State of residence.
