Vehicle Description Up for sale from my private collection is my 1970 Oldsmobile 442. This is a real 442 as shown by the vehicle identification number and is in beautiful condition. This is a 455 cubic inch 4-speed manual transmission car restored to factory stock with a few select upgrades. It features power steering, power brakes, console, dual exhaust exiting throught the bumper, a fiberglass fresh air hood, Rallye wheels, BFG Radial T/A tires, sport steering wheel and vinyl top. It is a factory A/C car but the A/C unit has been removed. It is gold with a gold interior. The motor is a non-matching numbers Olds 455 block built for power and reliability - this car absolutely screams! All mechanicals are in good working order, and the car runs, drives, steers, and stops as it should. I have driven it many times to local shows and almost always place or win in trophy competitions. The interior is in absolutely beautiful condition, the underhood area is clean and detailed and the trunk area likewise. While not a "100 point" car - this is a gorgeous and reliable restored 442 just waiting for a new owner to appreciate her. Current NADA High Retail Value is $46,750.
