The ‘61 Starfire Convertible has been the car of my dreams for years. It has classic styling that still causes gasping among those who appreciate beauty in an automobile. What a great wedding car it would make. Or picture yourself cruising around town on a balmy Friday night catching smiles and waves from an admiring crowd. This Starfire has 54,300 miles since new. It’s 394 cubic inch engine is in great shape, runs strong and doesn’t smoke. The interior is done in red leather with those cool rubber and chrome ribbed floor mats. The convertible top is in good shape and the rear window screen is clear and supple. Check out the neat tachometer located in the center console with the auto shift handle. Electric windows all work well. The electric antena works bringing in great AM sound with rear speaker.
