We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Fees and Taxes:
A $399 documentation fee which covers such items as temporary tags, title fees, tag work, emmissions certification, etc. is added to your purchase price regardless of winning bid. This includes ALL licensed car dealers. I have no control over this. Please call 770-337-3539 for more information if needed. All buyers will be provided 50 state and Canada legal temporary tags for up to 60 days.
Sales tax will be added for State of Georgia Residents that will title the vehicle in Georgia.
Non-Residents of the State of Georgia understand they are responsible for sales tax and any other applicable fees their state or local government may impose. Under no circumstances will The Nalley Automotive Group assume responsibility for these fees and taxes.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees over & above the last winning bid of the auction. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
