2001 Prowler in factory Prowler Orange Pearlcoat

This is a beautiful 2001 Prowler that is in exceptional condition throughout. The wheels haven't been curbed, the font valence hasn't been run up on parking curbs, the bumpers haven't been removed, the fenders aren't marked from flying bug guts. In short, this car has none of the things that separate an average Prowler from a really nice one. If you haven't seen one, the orange pearlcoat cars are stunning. It is truly a special finish. This car does have two picks in the convertible top - they are common and come from improperly folding the top mechanism. For some time, Chrysler warranted these flaws, but no longer. I included a picture of them with a dime for size comparison. The seats, carpet, entire interior is excellent. This car runs and drives as it should, and has passed a 124 point inspection by factory certified Prowler technician.The Carfax is clean and there is no sign of touch up. Even in a bum economy, Prowler prices are on the rise. The worlds' only factory built street rod was assembled in the legendary Conners avenue facility. Although the Dodge Viper is still hand built there, Prowler production was limited to 5 years and was phased out in 2002. I visited the shop in 1998. No traditional assembly line, just a group of hand-picked enthusiasts assembling Vipers and Prowlers in a state of the art facility. It gets better, this car is one of the last Plymouth prowlers, one of the last Plymouths built. Prowlers were discontinued after 2002, and Plymouth was dropped as a brand in late 2001. An excellent investment provenance.
